Resepi kek layer vanilla blueberry

Ahah.!! Hai korang. Aku ada cakapkan yang aku nak buat kek layer victoria uh.. dalam post yang sblom ni..

Dengan kerajinan aku yang rajin sngat ni. Aku pon ushakanlah nak membuat kek tu. Tapi macam gaya tak mampu je. Kahkahkah..

Aku dah lama sangat tak buat kek. Dengan topping bagai. Memang tak la. Sebabnya aku rajin muffin je.. enak dimakan.. disebabkan smalam hari kelahiran ayah aku yang ke 51 (24/9/1963)

Aku merajinkan diri pergi kedai kat bangi tu beli barangan buat kek. Actually we all dalam rumah dah muak makan kek..

Resepi dia senanh sangat...

Bahan bahan: (utk 10-12 org)

300gram gula perang
350 mentega
300gram tpung naik sendiri
5 biji telur.

Topping : whipping krim anchor
Blueberry topping or other else

Cara : gaulkan gula perang dengan mentega sehingga kmbg.

Slps itu masukkan telur sebijik demi sebijik

Baru masukkan tepung . Kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan dalam loyang and bakar.

Sori. Aku bakar 140 suhu dia ,masa aku jaga jaga. Mula dari bottom, lps tu baru both... senang sikit masak..

Done. Siapkan topping... sejukkan dulu kek tu ok. Lps tu belah tenggah and letak bluebery di layer tu..

Tutup and toppingkan dengan whipping krim. Letakla blueberry topping tu skali kat atas whipping krim tu. Baru syookkkkk

Cara buat whipping krim gaya aku.

Mixer whipping krim semata mata.. lama sampai nampak berkrim bangat. Tunggu degn sabar ye..

Tapi setengah orang campur putih telur bagi nampak kembang dn cantik.
